Our Garden Apartment is available to accommodate overnight guests. A private entrance leads you through a garden to a beautifully furnished 950 square foot apartment with queen size canopy bed and modern eat-in kitchen. A private, luxury suite is also available on a limited basis in the main house.

Historic House Tours
The Shannon-Kavanaugh House Tour is an opportunity to view the most famous of the "Painted Ladies." The tours are presided over by owner Michael Shannon and focus on how the 1892 house has been restored to its present pristine condition. These tours also allow an opportunity to view furniture that is one of the signatures of the home - antique classics as well as custom made pieces produced by Shannon & Jeal Furniture and Michael Thomas Design. The Shannon-Kavanaugh House has been featured in over 40 films, television series and commercials and with one visit to this famous house you can see why. Tour groups are welcome to host formal brunches following each tour.
