The Shannon-Kavanaugh House, anchoring San Francisco's famous "Postcard Row", is an elegantly restored 1892 Victorian Mansion that can be rented for private parties, catered events, weddings, receptions and other special events. Each event is individually planned to accommodate each client's needs and budget.

The Shannon-Kavanaugh House, owned by Michael Shannon, is beautifully furnished and features working gaslights, exquisite architectural detailing, stained glass windows, and a blend of French Country and contemporary fine furniture and antiques.

Dining Room

Events are held in the Double Parlor and dining rooms of the mansion. The rental fee includes all host services, including guided, historic house tours of the mansion, room setup, and on sight staff to manage the event.

Specialty: Unique, private, executive events and weddings

Rental Fee: $600 to $2500, plus catering and applicable rental fees

Living Room

Capacity: Up to 60 for receptions and private parties. Up to 30 for formal sit-down dinners. Also available for small dinner parties for up to 12 individuals
